Q: WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP AND WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

A: Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.

All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and shipping company process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

International delivery usually takes about 15–25 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Delivery time ultimately depends on distance traveled, customs, weather, and local delivery standards.

 

Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I ORDERED?

A:  For eligibility for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

Q: WHAT IF MY PRODUCT COMES IN DAMAGED?

A: If when you receive your order, there is any physical damage to any item, please take a picture of the damage and send it immediately to contact@fashion.shop. We will quickly get a replacement item rushed out to you at no cost. This is rare, but we are willing and able to take care of it if this occurs.

Q: HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

- Paying with PayPal:

With PayPal, you can send payment quickly and securely online.

Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's site where you could make the payment. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.

When you place an order with PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page, where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.

- Paying with credit cards:

We accept credit card payment using Visa, MasterCard or American Express.

We do not provide the cash-on-delivery method.

All payment information is confidential and secure.

 

Q: IS THERE A LOCAL SHOP WHERE I CAN CHECK YOUR MERCHANDISE IN PERSON?

Q: WHY DOES THE SHIPPING BEGIN SEVERAL DAYS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?

A: After receiving your order we have to control it, to ensure the product's quality before shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time being approximately 2~4 days. If we were unable to process your order due to low stock, your order processing might be delayed an additional two working days.

 

Q: WHY SPLIT AN ORDER INTO SEVERAL ORDERS?

A: Here are some reasons:

- The order has too many products, and they all don't fit into one box.

- Some products in the order are a backorder

- Some products in the order didn't pass 1st-time quality checking and on its 2nd-time quality checking.

- Some items are out of stock temporarily.

 

Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY EXTRA CHARGES?

A: In some cases, there will be VAT or other taxes, like customs duties or fees levied by your destination country.

Please mind the following:

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. For further information, please send an email to us;

Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. You should check your local custom laws, and inform us about your requirement after ordering;

When customs clearance procedures are required, it will cause a delay beyond our original delivery estimates time. The recipient must pay additional charges for taxes or customs clearance.

 

Q: WHERE IS MY ORDER?

A:  As we are working with multiple shipping companies, each has their system for updating tracking. If your item has not arrived within two week US delivery or 8 weeks for international delivery, contact us using our HELP CENTER, and we will be happy to help you check the status of your shipment.
